The casa has two bedrooms (one with A/C), 1 bathroom, an outdoor shower, a spacious living and dining area with kitchen, wireless internet and telephone. Satellite TV is available in case you want it connected. The house is located on a two lot property together with another casita that is also rented out, but you will have full privacy as there is qute a big part of garden with palm trees in between. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful - on one side you see the ocean, the beach and the coast line of the Sea of Cortez, on the other you have nice view over the desert mountains. Behind the house you will fins a nice little garden terrace, a space protected from the strong Baja winds in the winter time.The beach access is only steps away and leads you to a beach that you will almost always have to yourself.
The casa is located ina small development called Quinta Maria about 1,3 miles North of Los Barriles. The rate per month is $900 USD plus utilities (water, electricity, propane, internet/telephone).
