Excellent room at one of downtown Cabo's newest resorts- Cabo Villas. This is our private unit, which is a 1 bedroom deluxe, which has a king size bed in the master, flat screen TV's, Ocean views, patio, kitchenette, and queen sleeper in the living room. We have a fixed week over New Year's Eve, which runs Sat to Sat. Check in would be on Saturday December 26 and would depart the following Saturday. Many times the resort has extra nights available which you can add at our member rate, which is usually 50% of the normal hotel rate. This property is a few minutes walk from the Marina and downtown, and has private beach access.
