Walk through the secure gates of the Pedregal community to the Marina or to the Town Square, just 3 blocks away, the Beaches are a close as well, or take a 5 minute water taxi ride from the marina to the beach you want. Azucena our cottage is just inside the gated Pedregal community in a small group of 20 condos called Andalaya. There are 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Both beds are king size there is a sofa in the living room that makes into a queen size bed so there is sleeping for 6 total. Azcena is completely detached with no one over you or any walls attached to another unit, a small step into the entery or out to the back patio, the private back patio is off the dining room and living room and just one step from the master bedroom. Pleanty of space to lay out in the sun or enjoy some shade, a private place to read or BBQ.

Highlights:
The pool and surrounding area was all redone a year ago. There is a jacuzzi next to the pool and four Palapas for shade. Hang out by the pool in the sun or in the shade. BBQ or send out for pizza. Azucena was just updated there are 2 large private bedrooms each with a new king size bed and private bathrooms. About 1,600 sq/ft of interior space, there is a private back yard with lots of room and privacy there is a new stainless steel gas BBQ. In the living room there is a new flat screen TV with a DVD player and Dish Network/TV service. This is all for your use but you don't need this stuff for entertainment, you're in CABO, just a 5 minute walk and your at the marina or most restuarants in town, have fun, hey, your on vacation.

This Map shows the location of the Andalaya complex and Casa Azucena. Just a short walk to the center of town where most restaurants and night clubs are, the marina is a 5 minute walk. Were close but being in a gated neighborhood we avoid the noise and vendors/time share people approaching you with that deal you can't refuse.

Azucena is at the front of the Andalaya complex to the left. Andalaya is just inside the gated community one block from the gate. There's a few steps up to it, it sits by itself, with it's own front court yard and private rear yard, it's a single level cottage. A great place to stay for fishermen, as it's a short walk to the Marina, from there you can walk to beaches or take a water taxi to most any beach in Cabo. I can assist you or Hugo our on site manager can help in finding a good boat to charter, restuarants, what ever you need. There is Surf Fishing rods and reels for your use, quality Shakespeare equipment for fishing off the beach, there are casting lures and other gear included. Kids beach stuff is there for your use as well. The private Pedregal beach is one of the best surf fishing spots in Cabo. After fishing or playing in town or at the beach, come home, clean up, then we'll see you at Baja Cantina for a cold one..... For more info, give me a call or email me.
