Cabo San Lucas, the Pacific Side of the Pedregal. The Marina or the center of town are a 5 minute drive, the Pedregal private beach is down the hill from the house. Alahandro our manager is fluent in English he can assist with answers to most questions you might have about our home or where to go and what to do in Cabo.
This is a Private Home - 3 Bedrooms + Family Room with sauna, 3.5 Baths - one bedroom with full bath is a Casita, it's a small apartment. It's part of the house, separated by an outside breaseway. A very private space. The home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms or 10 if you use the sofa/beds, one is in the casita the other is in the family room. It's warm enough you might sleep out by the pool.

The family room has Dish Network/TV, sound system, 150+ Movies, a VCR & DVD, with a hookup for your Ipod, there is wet bar and a "Sauna" big enough for 10.

Did I say there is a sauna large enough for 10? Take a sauna then walk out to the Infinity Pool, jump in, gaze out at the Pacific Ocean. There is a gas BBQ, additional maid service if you wish, wireless internet throughout the house, 3 TV's/VCR's/DVD's, a telephone for local calls, if you don't want to cook call to have restuatant deliver dinner or order a pizza and they will bring it to the house.

This is a great home for fisherman, There are 3 quality surf fishing rods and spinning reels along with casting lures and the equipment to fish on the beach. The private beach just down from the home has some of the best surf fishing in Cabo. The early morning or just before the sun sets can be the best surf fishing you will find anywhere in Cabo. Locals and neighbors fish off the beach almost every day. If you need some assistance these guys are always happy to give advice, hay there fisherman! In addition I'm happy to assist if your interested in chartering a boat to go fishing, the skipers I will refer you to charge fair prices and there friends of mine, I can vouch for them and there boats. Also there is snorkle gear for 4 at the house for use. You can get to the center of town or the harbor in 10 min or the best beach to snorkle at, in 15 minutes. There is beach gear as well, coolers, umbrellas, kids stuff to play in the sand. After fishing or playing in town or at the beach, come home, clean up, then we'll see you at Baja Cantina for a cold one..... For more info, give me a call or email me!
